1 About Us
Unfair Advantage ("we," "our," or "us") is a mobile application available on the Apple App Store. The app is operated by its individual developer, reachable at

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Unfair Advantage iOS application and any related services we provide.
2 Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.
User-generated content: Any text, notes, or inputs you submit while using the app's features.
Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain that correspondence.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and locale settings.
Usage data: Features accessed, screens viewed, session duration, in-app events, and interaction patterns.
Crash reports: Diagnostic data generated when the app encounters an error.
Subscription status: Whether you hold an active subscription and the product tier, as provided by Apple and RevenueCat.
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect precise GPS location data.
We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone without explicit permission for a specific feature.
We do not store payment card numbers or banking details. All billing is handled entirely by Apple.
3 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Provide and improve the app: Deliver the core functionality, personalise your experience, and develop new features.
Account management: Create and maintain your account, authenticate you, and manage your subscription status.
Analytics: Understand how users interact with the app so we can improve usability and performance.
Customer support: Respond to your inquiries and resolve issues.
Legal compliance: Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal proceedings.
Safety and security: Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or other harmful activity.
4 Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

5 Third-Party Services
We integrate the following third-party services. Each service operates under its own privacy policy and is responsible for data it independently collects.
5.1 RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat receives subscription status information and device identifiers to validate entitlements.

5.2 Amplitude
We use Amplitude for product analytics. Amplitude collects anonymised event data (e.g., screen views, button taps) to help us understand usage patterns and improve the app. No personally identifiable information is intentionally sent to Amplitude.

5.3 Apple App Store
Payment processing for subscriptions is handled exclusively by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple's data practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
6 Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: Third-party vendors who process data on our behalf (listed in Section 5) under appropriate data processing agreements.
Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Protection of rights: To enforce our Terms of Use, protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, with notice provided to you.
7 Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specifically:
Account data is retained until you delete your account or request deletion.
Usage and analytics data is retained in anonymised or aggregated form for up to 24 months.
Support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the matter is resolved.
Legal hold: If required to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute, we may retain data beyond the periods above.
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9 Children's Privacy
Unfair Advantage is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
10 International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our third-party service providers operate. When transferring data from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) to ensure an adequate level of protection.
11 Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12 Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, if we use data to track you across apps or websites owned by third parties, we will request your permission via Apple's ATT prompt before doing so. You can change this permission at any time in your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
13 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
