User Agreement

This User Agreement governs your access to and use of DayLens, including the mobile application and related services. By using DayLens, you agree to this Agreement.

Use of DayLens

You may use DayLens only in compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws. You are responsible for the information and content you add to the service.

Account Responsibility

If DayLens requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to DayLens. You grant DayLens the limited rights needed to host, store, process, display, and operate that content for the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse DayLens, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate the rights of others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of DayLens from time to time. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect your use of the service.

Disclaimers

DayLens is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DayLens and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to DayLens if you violate this Agreement or if required to protect the service, users, or legal rights.
